Exercise is good for you

Exercise helps sleep and lowers stress, both linked to hair wellbeing. There is no reason to stop exercising out of worry for your hair.

Deal with sweat

Sweat left to dry on the scalp can cause itching and odour. Rinse or wash after a hard session. See how often to wash.

Ties while training

A tight high ponytail for running or the gym pulls on the hairline. Use a soft scrunchie and tie it lower. Read hair ties and clips.

Sports tudung

Choose a breathable sports tudung and change it after each session. Dry your scalp before putting on your everyday tudung again.
