Treatment and aftercare
About 3–4 hours in the chair, then aftercare guidance to take home.
In the chair
You can relax.
The session is designed to be calm; some clients fall asleep. You can ask questions or ask for a pause at any time.
Safety
- Tell us about allergies, medicines, recent procedures and any scalp condition
- A patch test can be arranged if you have sensitive skin
- Stop and tell the team straight away if anything feels uncomfortable
- Redness, itching or a rash that does not settle within a day or two needs medical advice
Bring with you
- Your usual hair, without heavy styling products
- A list of medicines and allergies, if any
- Your questions: none are embarrassing
What happens at the free consultation?
We listen to your concerns, check your scalp under magnification and show you on screen, explain the options in plain words and give the full price. There is no pressure to go ahead.
What should I bring?
Nothing special. Come with your usual hair without heavy styling products, and bring a list of any medicines or allergies.
