How often should you wash your hair in Malaysia?
There is no single answer. Your scalp type, sweat, the tudung and daily activity decide what suits you.

Oily scalp
If your scalp gets oily quickly in hot weather, washing daily or every other day with a gentle shampoo is usually more comfortable.
Dry scalp
If your scalp feels tight or has fine flakes, wash less often and use lukewarm water. Read dry scalp.
After exercise or sweating
Rinse or wash after a hard workout, especially if you wear a tudung or cap. See exercise and hair.
Listen to your scalp
Itching, odour or flat hair suggest you may need to wash more often. Dryness and tightness suggest the opposite.

Does washing every day cause hair loss?
No. Hairs that come out when washing were already loose.
What about after treatment?
After the first day, wash and dry your hair as usual. Follow the aftercare guidance.
