A daily hair-care routine for thinning hair
Simple daily steps to look after thinning hair and the scalp.

Wash gently
Use a gentle shampoo and lukewarm water. Massage the scalp with your fingertips, not your nails.
Dry with care
Pat your hair with a towel, do not rub. If you use a dryer, choose a medium heat and hold it a little away from the scalp.
Comb and style
Use a wide-tooth comb and start from the ends. Avoid tight ties and daily hot tools.
Sleep and pillows
A smooth, clean pillowcase helps reduce friction. Make sure your hair is dry before bed.
