Conditioner for thin hair: how to use it without flattening
Many people with thin hair skip conditioner for fear of flat hair. Used properly, it helps reduce tangles and breakage.

Why conditioner still matters
Conditioner smooths the hair shaft so it combs easily. Fewer tangles mean less pulling and less breakage.
Where to apply it
Apply from ear level to the ends. Avoid the roots and scalp, especially if your scalp is oily.
Choose a light one
Lighter formulas usually suit fine hair. Rinse fully so no residue weighs hair down.
Comb while it is in
Use a wide-tooth comb to gently detangle while the conditioner is in, starting from the ends.
