Heat and fine hair

Thin, fine hair is affected by heat sooner. Strands can turn brittle and break over time.

Lower the temperature

Use the lowest setting that still works for your hair. Do not pass over the same section many times.

Dry hair only

Never use an iron on hair that is still wet. Use a heat protectant as the product directs.

Take breaks

Choose heat-free days each week. For a big event, plan ahead as in hair prep for an event.
