Cosmetic treatment has limits

We offer cosmetic treatment, not diagnosis or treatment of disease. Some hair loss comes from conditions a doctor needs to assess.

Signs to get checked

Sudden or very heavy shedding, smooth bald patches, a scalp that is red, thickly scaly, weeping or painful, and hair loss with other symptoms such as tiredness, weight change or irregular periods.

Medicines and health

If hair loss started after a new medicine, do not stop it yourself. Talk to your doctor.

How we help

If we see these signs at a consultation, we will suggest you see a doctor first. Cosmetic treatment can be considered later.
